Sports / experience:

I have been immersed in sport since childhood, beginning with professional cycling and later competing at major championships in the fitness bikini category.

This journey has given me a deep, practical understanding of how the body, nutrition, training and recovery work together when sustained performance and high energy are required day after day.

Structure of individual work

Initial consultation (online or in person, 60–90 minutes): an in-depth review of your current situation, goals and constraints. Where appropriate, I suggest relevant tests, recommend specialist medical practitioners, identify your individual parameters, and define a realistic scope and duration of support.
Dedicated communication channel throughout our work together: prompt responses to questions relating to health, nutrition, appearance, training and day-to-day decisions.
Restaurant guidance: curated dish selections from restaurant menus, aligned with your objectives, preferences and any dietary restrictions.
Nutrition planning: a tailored grocery list and, where useful, recipes for home cooking or guidance for your private chef.
Weekly progress report: clear tracking of results, insights into what is working, and precise recommendations for the coming week.
Ongoing support and motivation: structured encouragement and expert guidance delivered in a clear, practical format.
Adaptive approach: individual requests and evolving needs are integrated seamlessly as they arise during the process.

CORPORATE WORK STRUCTURE

Individual onboarding consultation for each participant (20–40 minutes), following a short questionnaire. We review baseline data and define a tailored action plan.
Personalised nutrition plan with a core shopping list for everyday use, aligned with the wider objective of fostering a sustainable, health-conscious corporate culture.
Ongoing daily communication via private messages on Telegram or WhatsApp, as well as a shared group chat. All questions receive a detailed response within 24 hours. Dedicated time for questions is available every day, including weekends, from 8:00 to 20:00.
Two-tier communication model: individual matters are handled in a private chat, while questions of broader interest (products, menus, general principles) are shared in the group chat, with my account tagged. There is no limit to the number of questions.
Medical expertise when required: an online session with a preventive medicine medical doctor can be arranged to address clinical topics, supplements, vitamins, and the detailed interpretation of test results.
Progress monitoring: weekly weight check-ins with a concise PDF progress report; body
measurements are taken once a month.
