Sports / experience:
I have been immersed in sport since childhood, beginning with professional cycling and later competing at major championships in the fitness bikini category.
This journey has given me a deep, practical understanding of how the body, nutrition, training and recovery work together when sustained performance and high energy are required day after day.
I work on an individual basis and, depending on the objective, collaborate with a team of medical doctors specialising in both classical and preventive medicine
